April knows both my husband and I very well and responds politely and promptly to all our requests. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go the extra mile to meet all our requests. Recently Fred and his team installed our new pool liner. They arrived early on the morning of installation and took care to make sure that every step of the process was completed to the highest level. The team knew exactly what they had to do and answered all my questions. They were friendly with a great sense of humour. Fred not only oversaw the whole process but also helped the team. He came by later that evening to check that everything was going as it should be. Next morning a couple of the team returned to complete the process once the water levels were where they were supposed to be. When we went into the shop to pay for the work Fred and April once again made sure to check in with us about the experience and to make sure everything met our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with the pool, the service, and the friendless of this team. Highly recommend Backyard Resorts to anyone who is considering pool installation or maintenance. Well done Team Fred!!!!

Quinn Martin2023-10-24The gang knows their stuff when it comes to hot tubs and pools. We go here to get our water checked for both and they never try to sell us stuff we don't need. They don't charge for testing either. A real good place for your spa needs
